The purpose of this blog is easy: to give you hints and tips in digital photography. I will try to leave behind complicated technicalities that can make the argument unnecessarily intimidating, and demonstrates how to get the most out of your camera.
It’s unsurprising that so many photographers feel daunted by all the buttons, dials, and selections found on modern digital camera models but, it is also true that it is too easy to change settings to Auto and leave everything to the camera. It’s not the way things work as we need to be in control of every single piece of hardware of our “time machine”, this is the way I think a camera should be called.
Once you understand how gratifying it is to take decisions yourself, and observe how taking control can make such an enormous difference to your pictures, you will never go back to full auto settings. Of course, you won’t have the ability to understand every technique without some practice,
Your camera, your time machine, is an incredible creation of technology and I hope with the help of this blog you will become not only a good photographer, but a great one.
